- Enterprise agent: add multi-source synthesis guidelines for cross-tool analysis
- Writer agent: add enterprise document closure prompts (auto-suggest reports after queries)
- Supervisor index: update ALL_TOOL_DESCRIPTIONS to match intent-based approach
