- MessageBubble: add rehypeSanitizeLinks plugin to fix react-markdown v10 href crash
- MessageBubble: add MarkdownErrorBoundary for graceful fallback
- general-input: add cleanPollutedToolCalls to prevent checkpoint pollution
- force-summary: add cleanPollutedToolCalls for searcher MAX_ITERATIONS path
- searcher/coder/writer tool-executor: remove { message } binding from ui.push (fixes msg_id=NONE)
- docker-compose: fix VITE_LANGGRAPH_URL to localhost:2024 for local dev
