feat(manager-web): swap logo to H glass mark

Match Heicode desktop client app icon: violet→blue gradient
rounded-square with white H. Replaces favicon.ico, logo.png
(used in footer / system info), heicode-logo.svg (browser
favicon link), and the inline Logo component.
