chenchenandClaude Opus 4.8 11f399826c docs: 删除已废弃的蜂群 / 旧计划文档

蜂群(swarm)旧版已弃、新版未出 → 删全部蜂群文档；附带删除旧执行/改造计划与旧项目交接稿（均为已废弃旧产物，由 HM owner 确认）。docs/README 当前索引不引用它们，无死链。

删除：
